Fenugreek 1 bowl
peas half bowl
Cream 1 small bowl
Onion paste 1 tsp
Garlic ginger paste 1 tsp
tomato puree 1 cup
green chilies 4
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
cinnamon 1 piece
bay leaf 1
Lavang 6-7
green cardamom 4
Oil – 2 tbsp

To make Methi Matar Malai, first heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and fry till they crackle. Now add onion paste and fry for 1 minute, then add garlic ginger paste and fry while mixing.
