Mango – 2

sugar – as per taste

Cream – 1 cup

Milk – 1/2 liter

Corn Flour – 2 tsp

Method of making || How to make Mango Ice Cream Recipe in Hindi

  • First of all, take out cold milk in a cup and keep it.
  • Keep the milk in a pan for heating, when the milk comes to a boil, then reduce the flame and cook the milk till it becomes half cooked.
  • When the milk becomes half cooked, then turn off the gas and let it mn, peel the mango and take out the mango pulp.
  • Dissolve cornflour in cold milk, after boiling in hot milk, mix the solution of cornflour in milk. Now after stirring the milk for 5 to 6 minutes, the milk is ready for ice cream, after turning off the gas leave the milk to cool down.
  • After beating mango pulp, sugar and cream in a mixer, add corn flour mixed in milk and beat it.
  • Now put the mixer in an air tight container, close the lid of the container and keep it in the fridge for 7 to 8 hours.
  • Mango Ice Cream is ready. Whenever you feel like eating ice cream, then keep the ice cream out of the fridge for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes serve cold ice cream.
