  • Methi Fenugreek seeds 3/4 tsp,

  • Cumin cumin seeds – 2 tsp,
  • Asafoetida asafoetida – 2 pinch (optional)

How to make Sambar Masala : How to Make Sambhar Masala in Hindi

For Sambar Masala Recipe, first clean all the pulses. Also, after seeing the coriander and cumin, remove its dirt.

Now heat a pan by keeping it on the gas. Slow down the flame when the pan is hot. Now put chana dal, urad dal, toor dal and chilli in the pan and fry it well by turning it upside down.
