Chinese Samosa Recipe in Hindi

Ingredients Required : Chinese Samosa Ingredients

  • All purpose flour – 1 cup,
  • Ghee Ghee – 2 tbsp,
  • Ajwain Parsley – 1/4 tsp,
  • Oil/Ghee Oil/Ghee – for frying,
  • Salt Salt – 1/4 tsp / as per taste.

For the filling:

  • Noodles Noodles – 100 grams,
  • Onion Onion – 1 nos (chopped),
  • Capsicum – 1 nos. (chopped),
  • Cabbage Cabbage – 1/2 leaf (chopped),
  • Red chili sauce Red chili sauce – 2 tbsp,
  • Green Chili Sauce Green Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce Soya sauce – 2 tbsp,
  • Vinegar vinegar – 1 tbsp,
  • Ghee Ghee – 1 tbsp,
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp / as per taste.

How to Make Chinese Samosa Recipe

For Chinese Samosa Recipe, first knead the dough. For this, put ghee, salt and carom seeds in a canoe and mix it well after crushing. After this, add all purpose flour and by adding little water, prepare a hard dough by kneading it.

Keep the kneaded dough covered for half an hour, so that the dough rises and sets. By the time the dough is set, prepare the stuffing for the samosas.

Put some oil in water in a pan, add noodles and bring to boil. When the noodles are boiled, take them out from the water and make normal by adding cold water. This will prevent the noodles from sticking together.

Now put ghee in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add onion and fry it. Then add chopped capsicum and cabbage and fry for two to four minutes. After this add noodles and all the sauces and cook for a minute. After that turn off the gas.

Now knead the dough lightly once again. Then take a small ball of it and roll it like a thin poori. Cut the poori from the middle with the help of a knife and cut it into two parts.

Now take a portion of the poori in your hand and moisten its outer corners by applying little water. Then make the poori in the shape of a cone and fill it with the filling of noodles, giving the shape of a samosa and close it by pressing it well from all sides.

Now heat oil/ghee in a pan. When it becomes hot, reduce the flame to medium and put as many samosas as possible in the pan and fry till they turn golden.

Keep the fried samosas on a plate on a tissue paper, so that the tissue paper absorbs their excess oil. Similarly fry all the samosas.
