Chicken Manchurian Recipe in Hindi

Ingredients Required : Chicken Manchurian Ingredients

  • Chicken Chicken – 500 grams,
  • All purpose flour – 2 tbsp,
  • Egg Eggs – 1 nos (whipped),
  • Refined oil – 2 tbsp and for frying
  • Chicken stock Chicken stock – 250ml,
  • Water – 1/2 cup,
  • Corn Flour Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar Sugar – 1/4 tsp,
  • Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp,
  • Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp,
  • Tomato sauce 1/2 cup,
  • Soya sauce Soya sauce – 2 tsp,
  • Black pepper – 1/4 tsp (crushed),
  • Green chilli – 1/2 tsp (crushed),
  • Green chilli – 1/2 tsp (chopped),
  • Green Onions – 2 nos (finely chopped),
  • Coriander leaves – 1 handful (chopped),
  • Salt Salt – as per taste.

Method of making Chicken Manchurian : How To Make Chicken Manchurian in Hindi

For Chicken Manchurian Recipe, firstly take corn flour in a bowl. Add the egg to it with flour, salt, pepper and beat it well.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, dip the chicken pieces and wrap the mixture around it properly. Then fry it well in a pan. Similarly fry all the chicken pieces. Take out the fried chicken pieces in a plate and keep them aside.


Now we will make Manchurian Sauce. For this, heat oil in a separate kadhai. When the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic paste and fry till it turns light brown.

Now put chopped and chopped green chilies and chopped coriander in the pan and fry it lightly. After that reduce the flame of the gas. Then add capsicum, chicken stock, tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt to taste, sugar, black pepper and ajinomoto.

Mix all the ingredients well and cook for 5 to 7 minutes while stirring. After this add half a cup of water and cook for two to three minutes. Now your Manchurian Sauce is ready.


Now put the fried chicken pieces in the Manchurian sauce and mix it by stirring. After this cook it for 4 to 5 minutes. After that turn off the gas.
